Snags are sausages, rissoles are like hamburger patties (just with extra herbs and less fluffy IMO - we had chilli tomato ones), chops are a particular cut of meat, usually pork or lamb and skewers are meat and/or veggies on a skewer sometimes marinated. Also known by tons of other names like kebabs and shaslicks.
