Hi all,

Just a quick update. I'm still around, still lc. My portions are huge and I'm gaining again. No good. It's stinking heat at the moment and I can't stomach full meals.

I've been working on affirmations lately - saying them over and over while falling asleep. Last night I did "I eat moderate portions" and "I enjoy releasing my fat". How do they sound? Do you have any favs you want to share?

Yesterday I ate 1bar sf choc, 1 serving Harry's burrito in a bowl, tandoori chicken salad and some mixed nuts.

    I don't use affirmations myself but here a few that I read about online:

    * I eat only what I need.
    * I choose to eat healthy foods.
    * I choose to stay on track.
    * I am committed to my goals.
    * I am getting stronger and slimmer every day.
    * I treat my body with love and kindness.

    I'm sure others may have better options. Just trying to help!

    I think Harry's suggestions are good ones.
    I will add to the mix:

    I Love myself.
    I feel full all the time.
    I love the way I eat.
    I can control my portions.

  3. Low carb can be difficult if you have a craving for sweets. It takes a few days to work through that period till it goes away. Keep pluging aaway and you will achieve what you want to achieve.
