Breakfast (finish 10.15am) - 130g chicken, 135g zucchini and broccoli combined, an apple.
Lunch (finish 6.10pm) - 140g garlic prawns, 145g mushrooms and broccoli, seed mixture.
Dinner (finish 10pm) - an apple.
Absolutely stuffed today, but I love having a huge lunch :)
