Breakfast (finish 10am) - 65g edam, 110g cauliflower, seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 3.40pm) - 130g roast beef, 135g roast onion and broccoli, an apple.
Dinner (finish 10pm) - 140g tuna on salad of cos, celery and cucumber, an apple.
Stayed over at the bf's house last night. His mum is very excited about the whole wedding and we were swapping ideas and things, which is really cute. Actually they're lovely people so that's great :)
