Breakfast (finish 10am) - 100g kiwi, 100g yogurt, seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 5.45pm) - 75 edam, 145g cauliflower, an apple.
Snack - unsweetened peppermint tea.
Well, today is the day I should be away and gone caving. Unfortunately a whole bunch of hoo-haa has happened and we can't go caving in our normal location for a little while. Planning to go to a different location the weekend of 24-25/10 though so if that works out, you'll have a happy chappy here again :)
