Breakfast (finish 9.10am) - two hardboiled eggs, 110g cauliflower, an apple.

Lunch (finish 3.25pm) - 130g roasted lamb on salad (cos, celery, cucumber) with olive oil, 100g strawberries.

Dinner (finish 8.55pm) - grilled barramundi with asparagus and broccoli - I ate out for a birthday so don't know how much the foods weighed. Came with chips too, but I skipped on them.
