Breakfast (finish 8.40am) - 100g kiwi, 100g yogurt, seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 2.30pm) - 130g tuna on salad as yesterday with my oil, an apple.
Dinner (finish 8.20pm) - grillied king george whiting with veggies (another birthday today - this time my mum's - so I don't know the weights of any of the food).
