Darn it, I'm not doing so great.

I've lost all motivation. I don't know why specifically, but I think it has something to do with being overwhelmed with stress in my life and the lack of interest I have in the "allowed" foods these days.

Both of those combined means I had two pieces of seed bread with butter and vegemite for brekky this morning.

    And yes, it seems to be worse when stress is higher.
    That little brekky can't be enough to destroy your stride!

    Are you still meditating? Can you think of anything that might help break you free of this? Maybe more exercise?

    I know being active during such phases is really hard. But, I also know that forcing yourself to be (more active) is often the key to breaking the "blues" cycle.

  3. Thanks heaps guys. Sometimes I just need to take a breather for a few days. I feel like I'm back now though! :)

    I almost think my increased exercise is one of the reasons I have been having more trouble lately - it increases your cravings for food in general but also for specific nutrients.

    Anyway, I'm smiling again :)
