Breakfast (finish 8.05am) - two hard boiled eggs, half of seed mixture, an apple.
Lunch (finish 1.55pm) - 130g cajun chicken in rye wrap with 135g grated zucchini (yummo!), rest of seed mixture.
Dinner (finish 7.50pm) - 140g roast beef with 145g total of asparagus and broccoli, 100g strawberries and oil/vinegar.
Well my trainer weighed and measured me for the first time since January. I have gained 10kgs since then BUT in the cms is shows "minimal" (0.5-1cm) change all over except my bust where I have gained 6cm. No wonder I feel like I'm popping out of everything. Hope this isn't a permanent thing!
