Breakfast (finish 8.20am) - 200g yogurt with 100g strawberries, seed mixture, an apple.
Lunch (finish 2pm) - 140g tuna in my oil on green salad (cos, celery, cucumber), half a tomato.
Dinner (finish 7.45pm) - 130g garlic prawns, 135g asparagus and broccoli, a pear.
Good day today. Not looking forward to the weekend with the heat wave expected - my routine is always thrown out with the weather. I'm just not a hot weather person. Hmmm maybe I should move to Tasmania? ;)
