Breakfast (finish 2pm) - two boiled eggs, an apple, half of seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 4.35pm) - 100g strawberries, cooked chicken, rest of seed mixture, oil/vinegar.
Dinner (finish 9.45pm) - 75g edam, green salad.
I spent over 4hrs Christmas shopping today!! Phew! Glad most of it is over now and I wont have to deal with Christmas shoppers once December hits. :)
