Breakfast (finish 11am) - 140g cajun chicken in rye wrap with grated zucchini, seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 4.15pm) - 130g tuna on salad of greens, an apple.
Didn't get to eat everything today, went to the Hulkamania show. I had half a glass of white wine around 8pm, a scotch and diet coke around midnight and another diet coke around 3.30pm (or I wouldn't have stayed awake).
