Breakfast (finish 10.20am) - 140g garlic prawns, stirred with chopped cabbage and broccoli.
Lunch (4.05pm) - 130g barramundi with True Lemon, seed mixture, an apple.
A hot day in what looks like to be a string of hot days to come *sulk*. I spoke to my trainer yesterday, going to cut my sessions with her back to once a week to go a little easier on my wallet - that wont start for 3 weeks though. Then after that I need to get to the gym without her... I'm thinking in this weather that mornings might be the way to go.
