Breakfast (finish 9.20am) - two boiled eggs, an apple, half of seed mixture.
Lunch (finish 4.35pm) - 100g strawberries, rest of seed mixture, oil/vinegar.
Dinner (finish 9.45pm) - 75g edam.
It's so hot at the moment! I wasn't hungry at all, but I tried....
