Breakfast (finished 12pm) - 144g barrumundi, 131g cabbage.
Dinner (finish 6pm) - 65g edam, 140g zucchini, seed mixture, an apple.
Really hungry today, was counting down the minutes from about 2pm onwards.

Well, no signs yet, but hopefully it will. I don't mind being hungry because it's like my body is giving me messages about what it feels and I that's invaluable information. Would be worse if it didn't 'tell' me anything IMO! :)
