Lunch (finish 2.20pm) - 130g smoked chicken in wheat wrap with 135g grated zucchini, a pear.
Dinner (finish 8.20pm) - 145g veggies (red capsicum, half a tomato and zucchini), 140g fish, oil/vinegar and seed mixture.
In a big rush today, speak tomorrow!
